Arrangement
You hire our expert(s) directly as a contractor(s) - as a research assistant (or in a similar arrangement)
While you work with our expert directly, we continue to slightly manage our expert(s) just to make sure they are delivering quality service and can intervene if needed
Your arrangement is with AIfSR DS consulting, not just a specific person, even though you are paying this person directly
Data privacy: AIfSR DS consulting management will never ask our expert working with you to share with us client's data. Thus you can engage in any mutually-agreeable data-privacy agreement with the expert
Intellectual property: any product developed for you under the contract is your property (or University's, when applicable) unless otherwise stated in a contract with an expert and agreed with AIfSR management representative
There is NO expectation for AIfSR expert to be on the authors' list of a publication related to the work being done
Experts with a research assistant (or similar) assignment commit to working an additional 20-25% of the time on AIfSR Leadership-provided assignments. For example, with 8-10 hours of research assistant work, an additional 2 hours of work on AIfSR-provided tasks is expected.
