Arrangement

• You hire our expert(s) directly as a contractor(s) - as a research assistant (or in a similar arrangement)

• While you work with our expert directly, we continue to slightly manage our expert(s) just to make sure they are delivering quality service and can intervene if needed

• Your arrangement is with AIfSR DS consulting, not just a specific person, even though you are paying this person directly

• Data privacy: AIfSR DS consulting management will never ask our expert working with you to share with us client's data. Thus you can engage in any mutually-agreeable data-privacy agreement with the expert

• Intellectual property:  any product developed for you under the contract is your property (or University's, when applicable) unless otherwise stated in a contract with an expert and agreed with AIfSR management representative

• There is NO expectation for AIfSR expert to be on the authors' list of a publication related to the work being done

• Experts with a research assistant (or similar) assignment commit to working an additional 20-25% of the time on AIfSR Leadership-provided assignments. For example, with 8-10 hours of research assistant work, an additional 2 hours of work on AIfSR-provided tasks is expected.
